Use the public project tracker to report a reproducible problem, suggest a converter, or flag unclear content. Most useful reports name the page, describe the expected result, and include a small non-sensitive example.
Open a support request
Requests are handled through the FormatCalc project tracker. Because reports are public, never include private files, personal information, account details, API keys, or confidential business data.
What to include
- The exact page address and tool name.
- The browser and device type where the issue occurred.
- A minimal example that contains no confidential information.
- What happened and what you expected instead.
Privacy and legal requests
Label the request clearly in its title. Do not post identity documents or other sensitive records in the public tracker. The Privacy Policy explains which information the site and its advertising provider may process.
